Welcome to Mom of WAR. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mom of WAR website, located at momofwarhearmyroar.com, the Mom of WAR Deals mobile application, and related content, features, and services provided by Mom of WAR (collectively, the “Services”).

Mom of WAR was founded by Mallory Richardson and is operated by Mallory Richardson (“Mom of WAR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. ABOUT MOM OF WAR

Mom of WAR is a lifestyle, shopping, and deal-discovery platform. Through the website, Mom of WAR Deals app, social media accounts, and related services, we may share products, sales, promotional codes, coupons, shopping finds, recommendations, trends, and other lifestyle content.

Some products featured are products we own, use, or love. Others may be products, promotions, or deals we believe may be of interest to the Mom of WAR community. The inclusion of a product or retailer does not necessarily mean that the product has been personally purchased, tested, or used by Mom of WAR unless expressly stated.

2. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

Mom of WAR participates in affiliate programs and networks, including Amazon, LTK, ShopMy, Mavely, Walmart Creator, and other affiliate or brand programs that may be added or changed from time to time.

Links provided through the Services are generally affiliate links. This means Mom of WAR may earn a commission or other compensation when you click a link or make a qualifying purchase through that link, at no additional cost to you.

As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.

Mom of WAR may also receive products, services, discounts, or other compensation from brands. When required, material relationships will be disclosed in accordance with applicable requirements.

Affiliate commissions help support Mom of WAR but do not increase the price you pay.

The FTC recommends that affiliate relationships be disclosed clearly and conspicuously so consumers understand the financial relationship associated with a recommendation or link.

3. DEALS, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Mom of WAR works to provide useful and timely deal information, but deals can change quickly.

Prices, sale prices, promotional codes, coupons, discounts, product availability, sizes, colors, inventory, shipping offers, eligibility requirements, and other promotional terms may change or expire at any time without notice.

The information displayed through the Services reflects information available when a deal is posted or updated. We cannot guarantee that a deal, price, promotion, coupon, or product will still be available when you visit a retailer.

The retailer's website and checkout process determine the final price, availability, eligibility, shipping cost, taxes, promotional terms, and other conditions applicable to your purchase.

You are responsible for reviewing all information on the retailer's website before completing a transaction.

4. THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS AND PURCHASES

Mom of WAR is a deal-discovery and content platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mom of WAR does not sell the products featured through the Services.

When you select a shopping link, you may be directed to a third-party retailer, merchant, affiliate platform, or other third-party website or service.

Your transaction is between you and that third party.

Mom of WAR does not control and is not responsible for a third party's products, inventory, pricing, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, delivery, warranties, returns, refunds, exchanges, customer service, privacy practices, or other policies.

Questions or disputes concerning a purchase should be directed to the retailer from which the purchase was made.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, reviews, ratings, pricing, and other product information may originate from retailers, brands, affiliate partners, or other third parties.

Although we try to share accurate and useful information, we do not warrant that product information provided through the Services is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Recommendations and opinions shared by Mom of WAR represent personal opinions or editorial selections and should not be interpreted as guarantees that a particular product will meet your individual needs or expectations.

6. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND COUPONS

Promotional codes, coupons, and other discounts shared through the Services may be subject to restrictions established by the retailer or brand.

Restrictions may include expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, exclusions, account eligibility, geographic limitations, product restrictions, or limitations on combining promotions.

A promotional code appearing in Mom of WAR Deals does not guarantee that the retailer will accept the code.

Always review the retailer's terms before purchasing.

7. “FIND IT FOR ME” AND OTHER USER REQUESTS

Mom of WAR Deals may allow users to request help finding a particular product, deal, price, or retailer through features such as “Find It For Me.”

Submitting a request does not guarantee that Mom of WAR will locate the requested product or deal, respond within a particular period of time, or find an item within a requested budget.

Any deal or product subsequently provided is subject to the same pricing, availability, affiliate, and third-party retailer terms described in these Terms.

8. SAVED DEALS, REPORTS AND NOTIFICATIONS

The Services may provide features that allow you to save deals, report expired or invalid deals, submit requests, or choose notification preferences.

These features are provided for convenience and may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable.

If notifications are offered and you choose to enable them, notification delivery is not guaranteed. A deal may change or expire before you receive or open a notification.

You may change notification permissions through your device settings where applicable.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Mom of WAR name, Mom of WAR Deals branding, logos, original graphics, written content, photographs owned by Mom of WAR, design elements, and other original content created by Mom of WAR are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit our original content or branding.

Product names, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other intellectual property belonging to third-party brands and retailers remain the property of their respective owners.

Reference to a brand or retailer does not imply ownership of or affiliation with that brand unless expressly stated.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the Services.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Services, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, submit fraudulent or abusive requests, use automated methods to improperly scrape or collect content, impersonate another person, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect Mom of WAR, its users, or the operation of the Services.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services contain links to websites and services operated by third parties.

We provide these links for shopping, informational, affiliate, or convenience purposes. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party websites is governed by the policies and terms of those third parties.

12. NO WARRANTIES

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that every deal, link, price, promotional code, or other piece of information will be accurate or current.

We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any feature or portion of the Services at any time.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mom of WAR and Mallory Richardson will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from expired or inaccurate deals, pricing changes, unavailable products, failed promotional codes, third-party products or services, retailer actions, shipping or fulfillment issues, or your reliance on information provided through the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is also subject to the Mom of WAR Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be collected through the website and Mom of WAR Deals app and how that information is used and handled.

15. MOBILE APP TERMS

If you download Mom of WAR Deals through Apple's App Store or another application marketplace, your download and use of the app may also be subject to the applicable marketplace's terms and policies.

For apps distributed through Apple's App Store, Apple's applicable standard End User License Agreement may apply unless a separate custom license agreement is provided.

16. CHILDREN

Mom of WAR Deals is a general-audience shopping and deal-discovery service and is not designed or directed specifically to children.

The Services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to the retailer's own eligibility requirements and terms.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the Services, our business practices, legal requirements, or other circumstances.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other terms or notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Mom of WAR concerning your use of the Services.
